Malia Obama is a girl who lives a very simple and pleasant life, without having any concerns about her father being the most powerful person in the world at that time.
The media defines her as a, character that is accustomed to live freely even today.
Due to the simplicity and freedom loving life, yesterday she has allocated her time for her friends in the university of  Harvard. It was a special news for the media.
The media reports that, it has been a news due to, until the age of 21 consuming alcohol in the USA is prohibited and therefore she has been offended by law.
And also she was unable to conceal the fact that she was in a bikini while enjoying wine, from paparazzi’s. However, it was stated that the wine bottle she used was priced USD 800.
It is reported that, Micheal Obama has also allowed her to enjoy that freedom.

The school girl abducted in Aranayake was rescued

An incident, where a 17 year old school girl, who was abducted has been rescued in Aranayake.

The student was abducted, by two young men arrived form a three-wheeler, while she was waiting at the bus stop to attend a tuition class in Kegalle.

A young man who was trying to have an affair with her was the reason for the abduction, and the young men have taken the student to a friend’s house near Debathgama-Pallegama.

However, she was able to inform her mother, regarding the incident and the Police had taken immediate action to surround the house and to arrest the three men involved in the incident.

A MADUSH COLLEAGUE HAS BEEN ARRESTED, FOR GEM ROBBERY

In connection to the robbery of gems including a diamond worth of million rupees recently, a close colleague of Makandure Madush, the criminal gang leader, has been arrested.

Mirihana Special Criminal Investigation Unit has arrested the suspect, 31 year old Kasun Dhananjaya aka Vedikande Kasun from Wattala early this morning.

A group of robbers attired in clothes similar to police uniforms and civilian clothes had robbed these gems from a house at Pannipitiya on November 5th last year.

A foreign buyer was with the owner of the gems at the latter's home when the robbers stormed the house. The robbers had kidnapped the foreigner but abandoned in Arawwala Maharagama.

Even so, police arrested two suspects including Thusitha Maduranaga aka Matara Malli were in connection with the robbery and Kasun Dhananjaya was arrested today on the information provided by the previous suspects.

On the other hand, Over 23 bank accounts belonging to Makandure Madush in Sri Lanka and Dubai has been inspected by the Terrorism Investigation Division .
